Intro To The Dropship Podcast

Welcome to the Dropship Podcast, where you’ll learn how to build and grow a high ticket drop shipping business and hear stories from successful e-commerce entrepreneurs. Let’s kick this thing off.

So welcome everyone. Thanks for listening. It’s pretty exciting. First episode, what are we doing here, Ben?

Ben Knegendorf (00:21):

This episode is just to give you an idea,what this show is about, why are we even doing this?

Right? So I think it’s good to know who we are, what this show is about, what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, what to expect moving forward. And so this is, you know, kind of just a primer episode to what’s gonna happen moving forward, Jon and I are recording a bunch of episodes today as we speak.

And so it’s time him to talk about why we’re doing that.

So me personally, my name’s Ben Knegendorf, I’ve been a high ticket shop shipper since 2015. I built and sold, I think eight plus stores are built, sold, or partnered and sold on eight plus stores at this point. Now it’s time to teach this e-commerce method that changed my life and I’m excited to teach this stuff.

Jon Warren (01:07):

Yeah, awesome dude. And I am Jon Warren, of course, the other half of The Dropship Podcast. And like Ben, I started high ticket drop shipping back in 2014 actually.

So we started around the same time and you know, I found a bit of, bit of success with my first business back then, which just like Ben changed my life completely. And I’ve gone on to start other ones.

I’ve been working as a coach in the high ticket drop shooting space for years now, I’ve worked with over 400 high ticket dropshippers to help them grow their businesses. And as Ben said, I mean, you know, one of the things that gets me really excited, gets me outta bed every day is you know, as well as building businesses is, you know, being able to share what we do and what we’ve had life changing experiences with with other people and helping them to do the same thing.

I mean, to me, that’s, that’s truly exciting and that’s part of what we’re doing or that’s the purpose of this podcast of course, is to, you know, help people who were like us back in 2014, 2015 to, you know start their own high ticket drop shipping journey and, and hopefully change their life.

Ben Knegendorf (02:14):

Yeah. With that said we do have to put out some content that addresses people who might not even know what drop shipping is, or might not know the difference between high ticket and low ticket drop shipping are.

And so one part of the, the show that we’re gonna do here, we’re gonna call tactical Tuesday and we’re gonna start super basic. In fact, the next episode we record for tactical Tuesday is called what is drop shipping. So some of these may only be four or five minutes. Some of them may go a little bit longer.

We’re gonna try to shoot for 15 minutes on those episodes. And so we’re gonna work from the beginning on those and literally work through how do you start a drop shooting business, and we’re gonna give away the farm one episode at a time.

And so those will come out on Tuesdays, but again we wanna put out content for folks who have been around a while, like Jon and myself as well.

Ben Knegendorf (02:59):

And so there’ll be a second part of this that we’re sort of calling freedom Friday at the moment. We’ll we’ll figure out how that works.

We’re not even sure the cadence on that one. So tactical Tuesday, I come out every week. And then the Friday episodes we’re, we’re shooting for every other week at the moment, we’re gonna throw in some interviews in there.

We’re also gonna throw in Jon and I, I just ranting as we’ve been known to do and bantering back and forth. And so still working out how the Friday episodes will work, but you can count on a tactical Tuesday to come out every single Tuesday. And again, those will be short tactical episodes of exec the whole process of, of building a drop shipping business.

Jon Warren (03:35):

Yeah. Awesome. Awesome. It’s gonna be a lot of fun and I’m looking forward to that as freedom, Friday episodes as well.

I think one of the, one of the most powerful ways that you can share the, the, you know, the, the, what you can do with the drop shipping and, and business online businesses, by talking to other people who have, who have, you know, also, you know, done the same sort of things that we have.

And so we’ve got a, got a great lineup of people that we’re gonna be talking to over the coming months and years to to help, you know, really paint a, an amazing picture of, you know, of what, what, what what this can do for people.
